Recruitment agency Manpower is looking for several production employees for Medtronic in Kerkrade.

As a production employee at Medtronic, you’ll help build medical devices that are used during open-heart surgeries. Working in a motivated and precise team, you’ll ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. The work is detailed and performed mostly while standing, so it’s important you’re comfortable with that. Your main duties include:

• Assembling small medical components according to technical drawings
• Following clear work instructions and procedures
• Conducting visual and functional quality checks
• Working under supervision in a cleanroom environment with strict hygiene guidelines

You’ll wear a blue coat, hairnet, and shoe covers, all to ensure the cleanroom remains sterile. Once the products are finished, they’re sealed and sent directly to hospitals. Thanks to your accuracy, patients worldwide receive safe and reliable care.

Working Hours
In this full-time role, you'll work in a two-shift system. Shift times are as follows:

• Morning shift: 05:45 – 14:15
• Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:15

• Good physical condition to perform physically demanding tasks (such as standing for long periods)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback
• Good command of the Dutch or English language, both spoken and written (due to safety regulations on the work floor)
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Own transportation (bike, moped, scooter, or car)
• Willingness to work in two shifts
• Ability to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
