Employment agency Manpower is looking for warehouse employees (morning and afternoon shifts) for Søstrene Grene in Venlo.

As a logistics employee, you are responsible for an efficient and safe process of goods receipt, storage, and shipping from the Søstrene Grene warehouse. You play an important role in supplying stores and fulfilling online orders.

During your workday, you will be involved in:

• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
• Picking and packing orders for stores and online customers
• Loading and unloading trucks safely
• Performing stock checks and inventories
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy working environment
• Reporting damage, deviations, or unsafe situations

Working hours
You work in a two-shift system, with the morning and afternoon shifts alternating weekly:

• Morning shift: 07:30 – 15:30
• Afternoon shift: 15:30 – 23:30

Training and onboarding
Before starting, you will follow a two-week onboarding and training program. During this period:

• You get to know the way of working at Søstrene Grene and the safety requirements
• You learn everything needed to perform your work independently and correctly
• You get to know your new colleagues, so you are well prepared to start

• Physically able to perform standing work and movement tasks
• In possession of a forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Proficient in English
• Accurate and safety-focused
