Recruitment agency Manpower is urgently looking for multiple assembly workers for Medtronic in Kerkrade.

At Medtronic, you will play an essential role. Together with your team, you’ll ensure that the final product is ready for shipment. Medtronic manufactures blood circulation pumps, and you will help assemble them. This is very precise work — sometimes you'll be cutting and gluing up to twenty small parts to a connector. The work is mainly done standing, so it's important that this is not a problem for you.

Your main tasks include:

• Assembling products based on specifically generated technical drawings
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Performing quality checks
• Working according to strict guidelines under supervision and guidance

You’ll be working in a cleanroom, wearing a blue coat, hairnet, and shoe covers. All to maintain hygiene standards. Once assembled, the products are sealed and shipped to hospitals. Thanks to your work, hospital patients receive the best care possible!

Working Hours
In this full-time role, you'll work in a two-shift system. Shift times are as follows:

• Morning shift: 05:45 – 14:15
• Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:15

• Good physical condition to perform physically demanding tasks (such as standing for long periods)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback
• Good command of the Dutch or English language, both spoken and written (due to safety regulations on the work floor)
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Own transportation (bike, moped, scooter, or car)
• Willingness to work in two shifts
• Ability to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
