Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Junior Associate Commercial Excellence for Dow in Terneuzen. 

As a Junior Associate Commercial Excellence at Dow, you are part of the Customer Information Group (CIG) team in Terneuzen. In this role, you are responsible for providing information about Dow's products to customers, channel partners, prospects, and general stakeholders. You handle inquiries and requests regarding technical, regulatory, sample, and literature aspects via inbound calls/emails, ensuring excellent customer service. Documenting all customer inquiries according to performance and service standards is a crucial part of your task. You use your business and process expertise to enhance the service levels for customers and can manage a complex workload with good judgment on activity prioritization. You also collaborate with various stakeholders and partners within the organization, such as Product Stewards, Regulatory team, Sales, and Customer Service, to foster a collaborative environment focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Working hours
The working hours in this fulltime position will be during regular office hours.  

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree 
• At least one year of experience working as a customer service employee, an account manager, or in a commercial/marketing/sales/communication role
• Fluent in the English language, both written and oral (at least at a C1 level according to the CEFR - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) because of job duties. Preferably also German / Spanish
• Other additional languages are an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multicultural team in an international environment
• Living near Terneuzen, Hoek, Middelburg or Bergen op Zoom is a bonus but not mandatory!
