Employment agency Manpower is looking for a HR Representative for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a member of the HR Advisory team, your main responsibility will be to address employee questions and concerns regarding HR matters across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. You will play a key role in providing HR solutions and support to our Dow colleagues. The HR team in Terneuzen, the Netherlands, comprises over 140 professionals from diverse backgrounds, working collaboratively to foster an inclusive culture. Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position of 40 hours per week are during regular office hours

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in HR or related field
• At least one year of professional working experience
• Customer-focused mindset, strong data interpretation skills, and passion for people
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and another European language because of job duties
