Employment agency Manpower is looking for an HR Solutions Total Rewards Representative for Dow Benelux B.V. in Terneuzen.

The HR Solutions Total Rewards Representative provides high quality consultation and business process support to employees and leaders regarding Total Reward programs/services in the EMEAI region and is empowered to resolve HR inquiries on these subjects. The Total Rewards Representative plays a key role enabling HR business processes and drives a best in class Employee Experience. 

The HRS organization is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders.  HRS roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people.  The top priority of HRS is to deliver the best Employee Experience through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions.

Dow’s HR Solutions has over 140 HRS colleagues in the region from more than 20 different nationalities. This team designs and brings innovative people solutions to all employees and leaders based in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India.

You will act as Subject matter expert for Total Rewards inquiries, and act as the subject matter expert on end-to-end processes, anticipates patterns and links across HR disciplines, and will look beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. You will follow up on monthly TR processes such as data providing to Payroll and TR vendors. You will perform the following working activities:
  • Provide consulting and support for all assigned inquiries regarding Compensation and Benefit (C&B) programs, typically on a country level.
  • Handling HR inquiries (via phone, digital communication), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People leaders. 
  • Ensure high levels of customer service to employees.
  • Assist in EMEAI C&B and cross discipline projects. 
  • Engages in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures. 
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payments to our TR vendors. 
  • Perform activities according to the Dow internal framework, including internal and external audits.
  • Continuously improves processes for efficiency and service.
  • Create and maintain (compliance of) documentation of work processes, guidelines, and procedures.

Working hours
You will work between 8.00 and 18.00 hrs.

Dit neem je mee

  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related field (HR, Finance, Economics)
  • Experience in the C&B field or HR or Finance administration is desirable
  • Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and good verbal and reading skills in German.
  • Experience with process automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate is an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is required
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or other HRIT systems.
  • Strong analytical, innovative and problem-solving skills
