Manpower is looking for customer service agents for Cyntific in Amsterdam.

As a customer service representative, you serve as the attentive liaison for KLM. Your primary responsibility is assisting travelers via phone inquiries regarding damaged, delayed, or lost luggage, spanning from Schiphol Airport to various international hubs. Additionally, you take proactive measures by reaching out to passengers to discuss potential resolutions and maintain accurate records. Your adept problem-solving skills ensure swift resolutions, and you consistently strive to surpass passengers' expectations, going above and beyond whenever feasible.

Working hours
The working hours in this position are during varied shift patterns during opening hours. Opening hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00 and during weekends between 09:00 and 17:30.

Requirements

  • Able to work and think at mbo-4 niveau 
  • Preferably you have experience working in a call center or customer service
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language both written and spoken because of contact with international travelers 
  • Experience in working with computers/reservation systems 
  • Availability of 32 to 40 hours a week 
  • Education in tourism or experience in working at a call centre or in a travel/airline related industry is a plus
  • Empathetic with strong communication skills
