Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for CEVA Logistics in Born.

As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you support the Warehouse Supervisor and help manage daily operations. You ensure everything runs smoothly and your team performs at its best. Your tasks include:

• Planning daily capacity and dividing work within the team
• Leading daily kick-offs and supporting onboarding of new employees
• Monitoring progress and adjusting operations where needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Coaching employees and supporting their development
• Solving operational issues and supporting the team
• Managing stock of consumables and packaging materials
• Taking over responsibilities in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor
• Contributing to improvement projects and presenting ideas

You will work at the large and modern logistics site of CEVA in Born of approximately 31,000 m², where around 200 colleagues collaborate daily. The warehouse focuses on distributing spare parts worldwide for industrial clients. You will work closely with other supervisors and a diverse team of experienced and new employees.

Working hours
You will work from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30.

• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics environment
• Experience in a leadership or coordinating role is a plus
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and systems
• Experience with Lean methodology
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to set priorities and stay calm under pressure
