Manpower is looking for a Teamlead Assembly for a company in Enschede.

As Teamlead Assembly you are responsible for daily coordination and hands on technical execution within the assembly team. You combine leadership with practical floor work and make sure operations stay safe, efficient, and on schedule. Your impact is directly visible in team performance and product quality. Your main activities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of five to ten mechanics
• Working along on technical assembly and dismantling tasks
• Planning and organizing daily work and priorities
• Monitoring safety, quality, and progress of activities
• Acting as first point of contact on the work floor
• Training and onboarding new team members
• Adjusting planning when needed to keep delivery on track

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are day shifts.

• Minimum mbo level technical education in aviation, automotive, or similar field
• Experience as a team lead, foreman, or senior mechanic
• Proven hands on experience with technical assembly or dismantling
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Good command of English for technical instructions and team communication, Dutch is a plus
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Hands on mentality and willingness to work on the floor
• Able to motivate and guide a technical team
• Structured and safety focused way of working
