Manpower is looking for a Service Technician for a company in Veghel.

In this role you keep a fully automated warehouse environment operational together with your shift colleague. You handle both preventive maintenance and complex breakdowns, with a strong focus on root cause analysis instead of quick temporary fixes. Your main tasks are:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse and conveyor systems
• Solving breakdowns with roughly seventy five percent mechanical and basic electrical work including PLC based environments
• Troubleshooting non standard and recurring faults using structured root cause analysis
• Diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, control and peripheral equipment
• Interpreting signals from sensors, drives, motors and safety circuits
• Stabilizing third party equipment such as packaging machines and printers when suppliers are not directly available
• Working closely with remote support teams when deeper software intervention is required
• Cooperating with your on site shift colleague and other stakeholders
• Logging failures, actions and maintenance work in internal systems and reports
• Spotting recurring issues and suggesting practical improvements

You work in a highly automated and PLC controlled environment with strong remote support for software related adjustments. Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are in two shifts: 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.

• Minimum mbo level education in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in a maintenance or service role in an industrial or automated environment
• Comfortable working in a highly automated and PLC controlled setting
• Able to troubleshoot across mechanical and electrical domains
• Available for two shift work
• Basic computer skills for reporting and administration such as Office and Excel
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for technical continuity on site
• Analytical mindset with structured fault finding approach
• Proactive and curious attitude when diagnosing failures
