In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing relationships with shipowners, ship operators, and repair yards across EMEA
- Owning the full end-to-end sales process for Lifecycle Services
- Developing and executing strategic service initiatives aligned with the EMEA Marine Sales strategy
- Building and actively managing a healthy sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement
- Ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience in close collaboration with internal teams
- Acting as a Lifecycle ambassador by sharing best practices and inspiring colleagues
- Translating market trends and customer needs into new or improved service offerings
- Continuously evaluating and optimizing the service portfolio and delivery quality to support growth and customer satisfaction

- A technical background, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing commercial role within a technical or industrial environment
- Experience selling Lifecycle Services (spare parts, maintenance, overhauls, retrofits) is a strong plus
- Knowledge of or affinity with the marine industry and its key stakeholders
- A proactive, strategic, and hands-on working style
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent command of the English language, required for international customers and internal collaboration
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% within the EMEA region
