Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Business Analyst for a company based in Amsterdam.

You bridge business requirements and technology. Your role ensures that systems, data and processes fit together seamlessly across our new SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will:

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA and related systems
• Map and analyse data flows and requirements
• Define transformation logic and changes in retained applications
• Support integration design across domains (e.g. Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, Planning)
• Document processes, interfaces and functional specifications
• Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing
• Train end users and support change activities
• Work closely with data teams, SMEs and architects to deliver the best solution

Working hours
You work Monday to Friday during regular office hours. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or similar
• 3–5+ years’ experience as Business or Systems Analyst, preferably within SAP environments
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms
• Experience in one of the following domains: Commercial / Demand & Supply Planning / Finance / R&D / Manufacturing / 3PL / Customer EBI
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of Agile or waterfall delivery methods
• Proactive attitude and passion for solving business challenges
