Manpower is looking for a Teamlead Maintenance Corrective for a company based in Almere.

In this role, you play a key part in ensuring that the production lines for turbochargers run smoothly and efficiently. As Team Lead Maintenance Corrective, you work closely with production and quality control, while guiding and supporting a team of Service Engineers. You take ownership of solving technical issues, driving improvements, and ensuring that production targets are met. This position offers the chance to combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and process optimisation.

You will:

• Analyse system data and translate findings into practical actions
• Lead root cause analysis meetings and define preventive solutions
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams and external partners
• Motivate, coach and develop Service Engineers in their daily work

• Completed higher professional education (HBO) degree in a technical or business administration field
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a production environment
• Familiarity with automated production lines
• Strong affinity with technology (a must)
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact at different levels within the organisation
• Ability to perform accurate analyses based on specified methods
• Professional maturity, decisiveness, and determination
• Availability of 40 hours per week
