Manpower is searching for a Wind Turbine Technician for a company in Utrecht.

As a Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our wind parks running smoothly and safely. Your focus will be on wind turbines, ensuring top performance and reliability.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Replace major components such as generators and blades
• Support inspections, diagnostics, and failure analysis
• Complete all required paperwork, checklists, and safety documentation
• Ensure all safety procedures and site rules are followed
• Participate in on-call weekend and holiday rotations

Working hours
The working hours for this full-time position are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Occasional travel and participation in on-call rotations (weekends/holidays) is required.

• Mid-level electrical education (MBO level 3/4 or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of three years’ experience in electrical work (preferably with mechanical/hydraulic systems)
• Experience with Enercon® turbines is a strong plus
• Certifications in NEN3140/NEN3180 or BA4/BA5 attest (BE)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Skilled with laptops and MS Office tools
• Safety- and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work at various sites
