Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer service agent for Syngenta Seeds in Enkhuizen.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and confirm customer orders from entry to delivery
• Communicate with customers and account managers to resolve issues and maintain service levels
• Handle shortages, special requests, unconfirmed orders, and process billing and credit notes
• Monitor order progress and customer claims using SAP
• Support internal processes such as pricing, data maintenance, and reporting
• Track customer satisfaction and contribute to service improvements
• Spot sales opportunities and connect customers with internal experts

Working hours
The working hours in this position are between 8.00 and 17.30 hrs.

• Bachelor degree in administration, economics, or another relevant field
• Fluency in English because of job duties & Dutch is a plus
• Understanding of customer service processes
• Preferably knowledge of and experience with working in SAP
• Microsoft Office (excellent Excel skills, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic green knowledge to be acquired
• At least 1 year relevant experience in customer service, order fulfillment environment, talking to customers over the phone, office administration, and sales support
• Availability of at least 38 hours per week
