Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Client Services Representative (CSR) for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Client Services Representative (CSR), you serve as the crucial link between Dow’s internal procurement department and stakeholders across multiple locations. You support the full procurement cycle—from request to invoice—ensuring systems, suppliers, and internal processes are aligned and run smoothly. You keep oversight, proactively resolve issues, and communicate effectively with various international parties.
Your responsibilities include:

• Resolving issues related to goods receipt and invoicing
• Managing data in procurement systems (such as supplier codes and order information)
• Aligning specifications and delivery conditions with stakeholders and partners
• Supporting supplier issue escalations
• Collaborating with the Procure to Pay (PtP) team to implement changes
• Reporting on the status of orders and ongoing negotiations
• Updating pricing information for MRO/SPA agreements
• Assisting in the creation of new Service Master records
• Analyzing reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and the Executive Dashboard

Working hours
You will work Monday through Friday during office hours.

• A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO level)
• Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience in order management, customer service, or procurement is a plus
