Your Responsibilities

• Order Management: Execute order entry and oversee the fulfillment process for assigned businesses and customers with complex needs.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dow’s products, applications, and service offerings.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and gather market intelligence.

Working hours
You will work Monday through Friday during office hours.

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 3 to 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
