Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Technician for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.

As a Maintenance Technician you will perform the following working activities: 

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment belonging to the EDC infrastructure
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance rounds
• Supporting all operational and site services improvement projects
• Responding to non-emergency, emergency after work hours, and weekends (on-call duty)
• Handling service requests flawlessly within the Maintenance System, ensuring machine performance and uptime
• Assist in implementing technical improvements within the teams
• Must comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 and BSC Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and follow procedures and instructions related to these standards
• Support our Facility department with operational tasks

Working hours
The working hours in this position are in two shifts; 05:00 – 13:30 and 11:30 – 20:00. Occasional work in weekends (operation support, preventive maintenance) and during on call duty (one in four weeks)

• A mbo (electro-)mechanical level three or four 
• Experience in similar function
• Technical experience is a must
• Availability of 40 hours per week 
• Good knowledge of the English language because of job duties
• Flexible and representative attitude
