As Demand Planner you will be owning the service and business waste agenda and corresponding KPIs. You make sure demand and supply are balanced in the short term (under six weeks), and that any big service risks get resolved. In return, you can expect a salary up to €30 per hour. 

What you’ll be doing
In this position you will be working with the Genpact organisation on continuous process improvement. You will be accountable for residuals, blocked stock, provisions, and obsoletes in general. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

• Periodically executing AATP Business Rule review & adaptation
• Aligning and deciding on escalation/allocation/priorities on customer level with the Sales and Customer Service Team 
• Driving the service performance to the agreed service targets
• Supporting the Demand /Supply reconciliation short-term, addressing possible product availability constraints, and proposing demand driven mitigation plans 
• Processing improvement operations planning together with Genpact
• Coordinating and driving local sell off activities of residuals and blocked stock together with business stakeholders & managing POM tool 
• Completing root cause analysis on business waste to be able to take the correct preventative actions 
• Coordinating and driving local activities to secure optimal service to customers for big service issues (including WOS, TUS) 
• Acting as First Point of Contact for Genpact Supply Planning Team 
• Owning AATP Business rules for most accurate allocation of stock 
• Reviewing X+6 promo uplifts for availability with MSP

Working hours
In this full-time position you will be working Monday to Friday during regular office hours.

• At minimum Bachelor’s degree
• At least one year of working experience as demand planner or in a related job
• Ability to work with tools such as AATP, RTVA/Fenix, Kinaxis Supply (view), POM Tool, SAP S/4Hana 
• Knowledge of/experience with VF, KPI, Excess Stock, Dispatch Rate % (DR), Customer Service Level (SAMBC), and adoption of AATP Business Rules
