Employment agency Manpower is looking for a WFM Workforce Planner for Arvato in Heijen.

As a WFM Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for supporting and improving workforce management processes. You will work closely with colleagues within HR and operations and use data to optimize workforce planning and reporting.

Your responsibilities include:

• Further developing existing BI reports related to recruitment, turnover, cross-training, and the ratio between flexible and permanent employees
• Supporting the setup and adjustment of WFM and HR reports in PowerBI
• Translating data into clear analyses and actionable insights
• Contributing to optimal workforce planning within the operation
• Maintaining contact with different departments to properly align workforce needs
• Identifying improvement opportunities within reports and processes

Working hours
You will work from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. Working hours can be arranged in consultation, for example:

• 07:00 to 16:00
• 08:30 to 17:00

• Experience with workforce planning is a plus, preferably within a logistics environment
• Good knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and an accurate way of working
• Good communication skills
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Good command of the Dutch or English language
• Own transportation is preferred due to the accessibility of the location
