Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer service representative who is fluent in Swedish for Merit Medical in Maastricht.
 
Working activities
As a customer service representative, you support sales representatives and the sales manager with various tasks and projects. This includes preparation for meetings, product launches and promotional projects. You also function as a back-up for other customer service representatives and colleagues.
 
Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

  • Answering incoming customer calls and emails
  • Supporting customers with product enquiries
  • Entering sales orders
  • Tracking product shipments upon customers’ requests
  • Liaising with marketing, shipping, manufacturing and quality assurance departments to ensure fast shipping to customers
  • Researching and resolving customers’ problems, complaints and concerns regarding orders, sales and services
  • Sending samples to customer upon request
  • Ensuring reported RGAs are handled in a timely and correct manner
  • Tracking progress of and being responsible for the timely manufacturing of customer kits

  • Gross salary between €2,200.- and €2,400.- per month

Job requirements
To qualify for this job, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

  • You have a high school level degree or higher
  • You have at least 6 months of working experience in customer service, for instance as a customer care representative or customer service worker
  • You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • You have an good command of the English language
  • You possess knowledge of returned goods and shipping processes
  • You are knowledgeable about customer service techniques and know how to apply those
  • You are experienced in working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • You preferably have experience in using AutoCad and Oracle (not required)
  • You are available for 40 hours per week
  • You preferably live in the Maastricht area, for example in Valkenburg or Heerlen
  • You are willing to travel to Maastricht for work

In agreement, you will start work as soon as possible
