Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer service representative for Dow Chemical in Terneuzen. We are looking for an enthusiastic employees who speak both English and Egyptian Arabic.
 
Working activities
You will be a member of the customer service team. This team serves as the connection between the internal organisation, suppliers and clients. As a customer service employee at Dow Chemical, you can expect to perform the following activities:

  • Manage customer orders through End to End work processes and systems
  • Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses’ products, businesses, applications, and service offerings
  • Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and apply creativity to develop and implement solutions 
  • Pro actively provide differentiated services to our customers by thorough understanding of our service offerings
  • Identify and deliver value added services to our customers
  • Differentiate between customer requirements and Dow capabilities; choose the best/cost effective solution
  • Have a strong collaboration with various functions (M&E, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and CFS) to build effective relationships with customers

What do we offer you?

  • Gross salary between €2,400 and €3,200 per month
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses at €0.19 per km
  • Reimbursement of Westerschelde tunnel expenses

  • A full-time job of 40 hours a week

If you live outside a radius of 75 kilometers from Terneuzen, we can also offer you the following:
  • Reimbursement of your expenses for a job interview (hotel, flight, etc)
  • Reimbursement of your hotel expenses during the first 6 weeks of employment, with a maximum of €80 a day
  • Relocation fee of €3,600 (to be received after 3 months)

Please note that the relocation package has certain terms and conditions, which will be clarified during the application process.

Functie eisen

Job requirements
To qualify for this job, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

  • You hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (EQF level 6 degree or the equivalent)
  • You have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role in a B2B environment, preferably with projects
  • You have an excellent command of the Egyptian Arabic language (Masri), at least C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
  • You have a good command of the English language (minimum of C1 level)
  • You are able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (VOG)
  • You have experience with CRM and/or SAP
  • You are available for 40 hours per week (32 hours per week is possible)
  • You possess a valid Dutch work and/or residency permit
