Employment agency Manpower offers you a job of customer support agent for a company in Enschede. 

About the responsibilities
As a representative, you will not just be handling phone calls, or writing emails. You will also be:

  • chatting with customers
  • developing online support content (e.g. FAQ’s)
  • responding to customers reviews on big e-tailer websites like Amazon
  • handling defective products, exchanging them, or upgrading them

The organisation is the world leader in wireless technologies. They manufacture universal remote controls, antennas, wall mounts, Bluetooth related products and other audio video accessories. 

You will be working in the Customer Support Centre. This department is much more than just a call center and is part of the Marketing & Communications team. You get the opportunity to really make a difference for customers. The company offers service to 14 countries in 6 different languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch.

In agreement, you will be working for 24 hours a week with possible additional hours.

Job requirements
To qualify for this job, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

  • You have at least an intermediate vocational level 2 (MBO 2) degree
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer oriented role
  • You are (near) native German and fluent in English 
  • You are able to switch to different communication styles depending on the channel you are working for, e.g. chat, marketing texts, FAQ’s, e-mails, phone, web care
  • You are able to commit to the job for at least one year 
  • You are available to work 24 hours a week
  • You are located within travel distance of Enschede

  • Affinity with slightly technical products, mobile apps, social media
