Do you speak Danish and English? And do you have experience with working in customer relations? Then you might be what we are looking for! Manpower is looking for dedicated, multi-lingual and service orientated Customer Service Employees for a client in Amsterdam. In this job you will be helping the Danish and English customers that travel with the KLM.
As a customer service employee you answer travel related questions by phone and e-mail. You give website assistance and inform customers about flight fares, availability and schedules. When you detect sales leads, you stimulate up- and cross-selling and customer loyalty. Striving for the best solution you aim to exceed expectations.

You will be working for a company specialized in customer service. They make sure that customers from different airlines get the service they need. Worldwide, more than 850 people work for this company in over 35 countries, specializing in over 14 languages. This company works with the Lean Six Sigma methodology, therefore adding value is an important part of your job.
The customer service department is open 24/7. You work according to a schedule from Monday until Sunday.

Are you the Danish/English customer service representative we are looking for? You:

  • Have excellent Danish and English language skills
  • Have at least a secondary education level (MBO) of working and thinking 
  • Experience or affinity with working in a customer service setting and a travel related industry
  • Are flexible in working hours
  • Can work 40 hours a week
  • Are service minded and customer driven
  • Are eager to learn about different booking systems
