Manpower employment agency is looking for fluent Spanish speakers for the vacancy of customer service representative at Dow Chemical in Terneuzen.

¿Qué vas a hacer?
As a customer service employee you will be working at the customer service department. This department supports clients during the order processes phase: from entering the order in the various systems up to the delivery of the product. The customer service department serves as the connection between the internal organization, clients and third parties, such as suppliers. During an average working day you might be doing the following activities:

  • Applying payments and performing off sets
  • Managing orders that are being held on credit block
  • Performing near due and past due collection activities
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies on customer accounts
  • Resolving customer short payments
  • Additional transactional activities, including but not limited to tax certificate updates, web portal review, document retrieval, and customer contact information updates

The Service Centre is not located on the Dow Chemical plant, but in the city of Terneuzen itself. In this position, you will be working during office hours.
 
¿Que te podemos ofrecer?

  • Reimbursement of your expenses for a job interview ( hotel, flight, etc)
  • Gross salary between €2.100,- and €2.600,- per month

Requisitos funcionales
To qualify for this job, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

  • You are available for 40 hours per week (32 hours is also possible)
  • You have at least 1 year working experience with customer service in an international organization
  • You master the Spanish language (at least C1 level)
  • You also master the English language on B2+ level
  • You have at least an intermediate vocational education (EQF level 3)
  • You have a EU citizenship OR you are a non-EU citizen in possession of a valid residence and work permit
  • You are able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (VOG)
  • You are not already in mediation for a job at Dow at the moment
