Employment agency Manpower is looking for native Greek speakers for the vacancy of customer service representative at Dow Chemical in Terneuzen.
 
Working activities
As a customer service employee you will be assisting clients during the order process phase within the customer service department. Whether it's entering the order in the various systems or the finaly delivery of the product, you will be controlling or managing the entire process!. The customer service department serves as the connection between the internal organization, clients and third parties, such as suppliers, other customer service teams, planners and logistic operators. In case of changes, errors or mistakes, you have to ensure the right people are contacted in order to solve the problems.

The Dow Service Centre in Terneuzen, which employs more than 700 talented employees, is the international service provider for the Dow Chemical Company. The Service Centre is not located on the Dow Chemical plant, but in the city of Terneuzen itself. Dow’s Service Centre employees represent over 50 different languages and nationalities from all across the world. The Service Centre supports Dow and its joint ventures in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India a wide variety of areas, such as logistics, customer service, finance, human resources, translations and much more. Not only does the Service Centre support clients during their ordering processes, they also employ people who handle tax coordination and HR activities. The Terneuzen location is part of a global service network with offices in Midland (USA), São Paulo (Brazil), Mumbai (India), Shanghai and Tianjin (China).

In this position, you will work during office hours.
 
What do we offer you?

  • Gross salary between 2,100 and 2,600 euros per month
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses at 0,19 euro per km and compensation of Westerschelde tunnel expenses

  • Fulltime position of40 hours a week (24 or 32 hours is also possible!)
  • Vacancy for a longer period of time

Functie eisen

When do you qualify for the job of customer service representative? When you:

  • Hold at least an intermediate vocational education level 4 (MBO 4) degree
  • Have at least 1 year of previous working experience as a customer service representative or similar in an international organisation
  • Have a good to excellent command of the English language (C1 level)
  • Are a native Greek speaker and are able to speak and write Greek very well
  • Are available to work 40 hours per week (24 or 32 hours per week is also possible)
  • Live a maximum of 75 km from Terneuzen, for example in Goes, Middelburg or Hulst, or you are willing to relocate to the Terneuzen area
  • Own your own means of transportation (bicycle, moped, scooter or car)
  • Are able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (VOG)
  • Are not already in mediation for a job at Dow or the Dow Servicecenter
  • Have a valid work permit for the Netherlands
 
Start date
In agreement, you will start work immediately.
