Employment agency Manpower is looking for a global material data expert for Trinseo in Terneuzen.
 
Working activities
The Material Data Expert (MDE) provides material data management services within Trinseo. This includes ensuring that material master data meets quality standards established in Global Business Rules with the business and/or function. 

In this role the material data expert helps to monitor cycle time metrics. He or she understands who their key contacts are within the request process workflow and they provide support and consultation to those businesses and functional contacts.
 
You can expect to perform the following tasks:

  • Being responsible for timely and accurate entry of Material Master Data by providing the Business with the appropriate Material codes
  • Facilitate the Material Code Request process for create, change, discontinue and reactivate requests
  • Being involved as a key material data contact in business related projects
  • Own and being accountable to create and maintain Material Business Coding Rules and standards
  • Coordinate with various functions to resolve bottlenecks in the Material documentation process
  • Define, implement, monitor and identify performance gaps for the Material Code
  • Create and maintain processes and take corrective actions

Job requirements
To qualify for this job, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

  • You hold a minimum of an intermediate vocational education (MBO) level 4 degree
  • You have at least one years of working experience with Quality System Architecture and Systems (e.g. SRR, LIMS, SAP-ECC)
  • You have a good command of the English language
  • You are experienced in working with computers
  • You are available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • You live up to 75 km from Terneuzen, for example in Middelburg or Goes
