Working in Customer Service is a very dynamic and divers job. Every day is different. You will be speaking with customers for the most of the day. These customers will call for a variety of questions and complaints. Because of your knowledge of the Swiss, Swedish, Danish, German or English language at a native level, you are able to provide the best service for the customer. After all, the quality of the product is only as good as the quality of the customer service provided.

What are your tasks in this function?
As a Customer Service Employee, you will answer questions and complaints from the customer by phone and e-mail. The customer will contact you for questions about the delivery, orders, problems with their account and defect products. To provide the customer with the best service and solutions, you will be working in different systems. You are always striving for the best possible customer care and always want to exceed expectations.

At what company will you be working?
Our client is a young company, founded in 2006 and operative in the trading business. The growth they have experienced in ten years is what defines this company. The team you will be working is can be described as multicultural, easy to access, friendly and dynamic.

You will work in two shifts, in the morning and afternoon or in the afternoon and evening (until 21.00 h.) We are looking for someone who is able to work flexible within these hours.

Functie eisen

These are the requirements we ask from you:
- You have at least three months experience in customer service (preferably in Business to Consumer Customer Service)
- You have computer skills and analytical skills
- You speak the French, English, Swedish, Danish, German or Swiss language at a native level
- You are also able to communicate with colleagues in English or Dutch
- You are flexible in working hours and are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
- You live no further than 50 km from Venray, for instance in Eindhoven, Helmond or Nijmegen
