About the job
As a Customer Support Specialist for France (back up German market) you are responsible for optimal service of the customers in the French market. You are the central point of contact (per phone or email) for the questions related to billing, invoices and supplier payments. There is a lot of interaction with the diverse departments within the company. It is a dynamic function where good communication skills and ability to work independently is a key.

Functie eisen

Functie-eisen ingevoerd op de vacature: The ideal Customer Support Specialist has HBO working or education level. You have approximately 1 to 2 years experience in the International Customer Service field. You can fluently communicate in French, German and English languages on the business level. It would also be great if you would feel comfortable working with Microsoft office package: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  The Customer Support Specialist is a strong communicator, proactive, eager to learn and very structured. You have a passion for your role and you would like to strengthen our dynamic, motivated and hardworking team. You are concentrating on solutions, root causes of the problem and describe yourself as an analytical person whose main goal is to deliver high quality service.    

For this job it is required that you:
- have at least HBO working or education level (Bachelor)
- have at least 1 year of experience with customer service 
- are fluent in French and German (this is a must!) on a business level
- master the Dutch and English language sufficiently
- are comfortable working with Microsoft Office programms
- are a strong communicator
- are proactive, eager to learn and very structured
- are motivated and hardworking and concentrate on solutions instead of problems
- describe yourself as a analytical person whose main goal is to deliver high quality service
- preverably live within a range of 20km from Rijswijk (for example Den Haag, Delft or Zoetermeer)
