For an international car brand Manpower is looking for customer service representatives to support the contact center.

As customer service representative you will support customers across Europe. Your job responsibilities will include:
-Solving technical problems
-Answering enquiries
-Solving complaints
-Promotional activities

Over het bedrijf

This international company produces high-standard and worldwide-known cars. You are going to work at the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht. This is the central point of contact in Europe. At the contact center there work over 25 different nationalities.
You are going to work at the contact center as the central point of contact for customers and future customers for the Benelux market.

You will work from Monday until Friday from 08.00 until 18.00 o'clock.

Functie eisen

What do we expect from you?
- You have finished a higher vocational education or you have finished a bachelor (HBO or university)
- You are available for 35 hours a week
- You manage the French, English and Dutch language at an excellent level
- You have experience in customer care
- You are a team player and open-minded
- You have good written and verbal skills
- You live within 30 kilometers of Maastricht, for example in Heerlen or Valkenburg
