For an international and dynamic company in Heerlen, we are looking for an enthousiastic marketing assistant. Are you versatile and ready for a challenge? Then employement agency Manpower is looking for you!

Working activities
As a marketing assistant you handle various projects at the same time. Your responsibilities can include:
- Coordinating and preparing product launches
- Providing graphic design supervision and support
- Interacting with stakeholders and internal customers
- Managing marketing literature and inventory supporting the field
- Supporting and executing trade shows, education programs and internal training
- Working according to the product and corporation brand guide lines
- Updating webpage when needed and perform other related duties and tasks

About the company/organization
The orginisation is an international company which operates in business services. The marketing department consists of 5 people. At the moment we are not able to provide you with information about the company/organization. Further on in the application process, we will inform you about this.
The function is fulltime and you will be working Monday until Friday.

What do we offer you?
• A gross salary of 2.400 - 2.800 euro a month
• Reimbursement of travel expenses of 0,19 ct per km when working 40 hours
• A fulltime job for 40 hours a week

Functie eisen

To qualify for this job, it is important that you meet the following requirements: You

• have at least a Bachelor degree (HBO)
• have at least 1 year working experience in marketing
• are fluent in the Dutch and English language; good knowledge of German or French would be a strong asset
• have strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
• are able to create and manage cross-functional teams
• have a strong capacity and willingness to learn
• are responsible, detail oriented and are able to work with deadlines
• are capable of working closely with others and keep them updated
• have excellent written and oral communication skills
• live within a 30 km range from Heerlen, for example in Kerkrade or Landgraaf
