For our client based in Roermond Manpower is looking for a motivated and driven Internal account manager who is flexible and has a commercial attitude.

Responsibilities
As an Internal Account Manager you will be responsible for the Architectural market, Transportation and Recreational Products market. Your main activities will consist of commercial activities. It is therefore important that you’re commercially driven!

Your main activities will be:
- Analyze and interpret the wishes of the customers and prospects, provide product advice to the customer
- Prepare client-specific price quotes including follow up
- Identify and communicate the progress to the customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of all order specifications
- Provide customers with necessary information by selecting and sending samples, brochures, warranties, datasheets and newsletters
- Assist Sales Managers with providing information, client visits and customer forecasts
- Defend the customers interest internally
- Maintain client files with regard to orders, quotes, contract, complaints and sampling
- Register and follow up claims

Our client serves the global market and is one of the largest aluminium and steel suppliers worldwide. The HQ office and manufacturing plant is situated in Roermond. Furthermore it has manufacturing plant in Corby, UK and 4 representative offices in Dubai, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Your working days as a internal accountmanager will be from Monday until Friday during working hours, fulltime for 40 hours.

Functie eisen

Job requirements:
To qualify for this job, it is important that you meet the following requirements:
- You have at least a bachelor degree or similar (HBO)
- You have a minimum of 1 year inside sales experience
- You preferably have experience and / or affinity with working in an international B2B environment
- You are a (near) native French speaker
- You master the English language in speech and writing
- Preferably, you also manage the Dutch language in speech and writing
- You have knowledge and experience with working with Microsoft Office
- You feel responisble for your own work and are flexible in working hours
- You can work in a team and independently
- You live in a maximum of 40 kilometer from Roermond
