Employment agency Manpower is looking for a native English customer service representative for DSM in Geleen.

Working activities
As a customer service assistant you deliver customer service by:
- Executing the order intake process and specific customer requests
- Processing and following up incoming orders until the outgoing delivery
- Being a linking pin between the customer and DSM
- Troubleshooting for all customer and order related matters

It is your challenge to realise the perfect order for DSM’s customers.

About the organization
The Business Group DSM Engineering Plastics (DEP) produces and sells a broad
assortment of engineering plastics, such as Stanyl (Polyamide 46), Akulon
(Polyamide 6 and 66), Arnite (PBT en PET), Arnitel (thermoplastic elastomer). Most
important market segments are Automotive, Electrical&Electronics and some
selected extrusion markets. You are going to work at the Customer Servic Center. The Customer Service Center (CSC), part of the DEP Europe Supply Chain
Organization, is the voice, contact and service-provider for DSM’s
European- and export customers. You will work in an international environment with cross-cultural aspects.

The working hours for this position are from Monday until Friday during office hours.

What do we offer you?
- A gross salary of 2.500 euro per month
- Reimbursement of travel expenses of 0,13 euro per km
- A fulltime job for 40 hours a week

Functie eisen

Job requirements
You have excellent communication skills, are a teamplayer and open minded. You have a pro active attitude and are result- and customer minded. You also have good planning and organizational skills.
You also meet the following requirements:
- You at least have an MBO level 4 or HBO degree
- You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a customer service environment (with order processing)
- You are a native English speaker and master the French or German language
- You have good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Word
- You live up to 40 kilometer from Geleen, for example in Sittard, Heerlen or Maastricht
