For our client in Maastricht Manpower is looking for customer service representatives for the UK and Irish market.

What will be your responsibilities?
As a Customer service representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the organization. You insure that the customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately; manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge.
The Customer Service UK & Ireland department serves customers and prospective customers by handling all inquiries and complaints. All inquiries and complaints are handled by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail. Customer Service is responsible for after-sales services issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries.

Over het bedrijf

Our client is an international company that produces high-standard and worldwide-known cars. You are going to work at the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht. This is the central point of contact in Europe. At the contact center there work over 25 different nationalities. You will work for the UK and Irish market.
You will work from Monday until Friday from 08.00 until 18.00 o'clock. There are also departments open 24 hours per day.

What do we expect from you?
- You have finished a higher vocational education or you have finished a bachelor (HBO or university)
- You are available for 37 hours a week
- You manage the English and Dutch language at an excellent level
- You have experience in customer care
- You are a team player and open-minded
- You have good written and verbal skills
