Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Battery Processing Operator for a company based in Geleen.

As a Battery Processing Operator, you will work in a controlled environment where you handle and process battery materials safely and efficiently. Your tasks include:

• Operating specialized equipment within a glove box environment
• Opening battery cells using basic hand tools
• Loading and unloading a small oven for material treatment
• Performing precise operations following strict procedures

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized workspace:

• Following all safety protocols when handling hazardous materials
• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, mask, and overall
• Cleaning and organizing the workspace after each shift
• Reporting any irregularities or safety concerns immediately

Working hours
You will work from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 and 17.00 hours.

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in an industrial environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with protective equipment and in controlled environments
• Experience in manufacturing, technical, or industrial work is a plus (this is a plus)
• Basic English communication skills
