Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant for a company in Rotterdam.

As an Executive Personal Assistant you will perform the following working activities: 
  • Manage diary effectively: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, pivot schedule as needed
  • Arrange conferences, workshops, and special events for Executive Team
  • Support Manager in preparation and follow-up of team meetings
  • Communicate effectively with senior-level external contacts and organizations
  • Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including room booking and catering
  • Prepare presentations as required
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of expenses
  • Obtain approvals for expenses on relevant systems
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders through Coupa
  • Assist other department members and handle ad-hoc tasks for Leadership Team
  • Organize domestic and international travel, accommodation, and hire cars for Manager
