As a Taxibot Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing a fleet of advanced Taxibots. As a Taxibot Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing a fleet of advanced Taxibots. These innovative vehicles combine heavy equipment technology, hydraulics, electronics, software, automation, and aviation systems. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Taxibots
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults
- Working with CANBUS systems, sensors, diagnostics software, and control systems
- Carrying out software and firmware updates
- Performing root cause analysis on complex technical failures
- Testing and commissioning equipment after maintenance and repairs
- Acting as the on-site technical specialist for the equipment
- Collaborating with engineers, airport operations teams, and international support teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve reliability, availability, and performance

Requirements
- Minimum mbo level 4, Associate Degree, or equivalent technical qualification in Automotive, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Vehicle Technology, or a related field
- Experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles, mobile equipment, heavy machinery, or similar assets
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working with hydraulic systems
- Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Experience with CANBUS systems, vehicle electronics, diagnostics software, or control systems is highly desirable
- Experience in truck, automotive, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, ground support equipment, or similar industries
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
- Team-player mentality with a strong sense of responsibility
