What you'll be doing
As a logistics operator, you’ll ensure that raw materials, packaging and finished products are available at the right time and in the right place. You’ll also be responsible for:

Flexibility, speed and accuracy are paramount in your work, and you will always work in accordance with HSE and QHSE guidelines and the 5S principle to ensure a safe and tidy working environment

What you'll be doing
As a logistics operator, you’ll ensure that raw materials, packaging and finished products are available at the right time and in the right place. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Carrying out logistics tasks such as order picking, loading/unloading and internal transport
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods, including ADR checks and lorry inspections
- Managing stock levels in the system (OneSAP) and ensuring correct administrative processing
- Supporting production through the timely delivery and removal of materials
- Checking picked orders and shipping units
- Registering shipments in the various digital platforms of transport providers
- Preparing the relevant transport documents for both domestic and international shipments

header-requirements
- Minimum MBO-3 level of working and thinking
- Experience in a logistics role (e.g. order picking, stock management), preferably within the chemicals or coatings industry
- Holder of a reach truck certificate and, preferably, also an ADR certificate (or willing to obtain this through AkzoNobel)
- Knowledge of (One)SAP or a willingness to learn it
- Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English, for communication on the shop floor
- Good with numbers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote)
