- Managing and coaching a team of approximately 15 warehouse operators
- Preparing work schedules and coordinating personnel and warehouse planning
- Monitoring KPIs and departmental objectives
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new employees
- Participating in meetings related to safety, quality, productivity and staffing
- Maintaining workplace organization according to the 5S methodology
- Monitoring operational performance and maintaining performance records
- Leading daily team meetings
- Supporting the development of warehouse operators and multi-skilled employees
- Ensuring safety remains the highest priority at all times
- Gross monthly salary of €3,750, depending on experience
- 8.75% shift allowance paid on every hour worked
