As a Machine Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring and adjusting modern textile machines. Your tasks include:

• Setting up and operating machines according to specifications and work orders
• Monitoring production processes and product quality
• Processing yarns and textile materials into finished carpet products
• Performing quality checks and identifying deviations
• Solving minor technical issues and assisting with maintenance activities
• Following internal procedures and work instructions
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient production

Working hours
In this full-time position, you will work in a three-shift or four-shift schedule.

• Completed MBO-level education or equivalent vocational qualification
• Valid category B driving licence
• Availability of at least 36 hours per week
• Willingness to work in three-shift or four-shift rotations
• Availability to work on Saturdays when required
• Technical affinity and willingness to work in a production environment
• A proactive and responsible attitude
