Employment agency Manpower is looking for Quality Employees for an employer in Heijen.

As a Quality Employee, you ensure that products and shipments meet the required quality standards. You check different steps in the process and identify deviations or errors before products are shipped.

Your tasks include:

• Checking product components for correct data, such as labels and barcodes
• Visually and physically inspecting assembled products
• Registering performed checks on the production line
• Inspecting pallets that are ready for transport
• Assessing the quality of packaging, such as the strength of pallets and the tightness of straps
• Checking quantities on pallets
• Registering inspections using a checklist

Continuously working on maintaining consistent quality by identifying potential issues, making adjustments within set standards and following safety, order and cleanliness rules

Working hours
The activities mainly take place between 07:00 and 19:00.

Employees must be flexible with regard to start and end times. During busy periods, work may be carried out according to a rotating schedule or shift system. In some cases, shifts can start between 06:00 and 23:00.

In case of overtime, changed shifts or shift work, you will receive an overtime or shift allowance.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with a scanner is a plus
• Available to work in two shifts and possibly weekends during peak periods
• Good command of the English language
• In possession of a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or willing to apply for one
• Willing to actively contribute and support other tasks when needed
• Good physical condition and no physical complaints due to the physical nature of the work
