In this position you will operate within the Operations Engineering department, which acts as the competence center for manufacturing technologies, assembly processes, and logistics engineering.

In this position you will operate within the Operations Engineering department, which acts as the competence center for manufacturing technologies, assembly processes, and logistics engineering.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing, executing, and monitoring industrialization and investment project plans
- Analyzing, influencing and optimizing product designs in early development phases (PCP 0–2), acting as a bridge between R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Designing and implementing manufacturing and assembly processes, while applying Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Identifying, initiating and implementing sustainable improvements in existing processes
- Initiating and implementing engineering changes, and evaluating product modifications for manufacturability and cost impact
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and operations, and providing regular updates on project progress and performance
- Monitoring trends and innovations in manufacturing technologies, and adivising internal teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) on new methods
What's in it for you
- A gross salary between €4,300 and €6,200.- per month
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- A part-time or full-time position of 32 to 40 hours per week
- A direct contract with the client
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days for a full-time position

- At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field
- At minimum three years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Strong knowledge of production processes and assembly technologies
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product development environments
- Preferably Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent)
