Manpower is looking for a Crew Boss in Construction for Cirque du Soleil in The Hague.
You are the leader of the local team responsible for the smooth setup and teardown of the Cirque du Soleil site. You supervise the employees, give clear instructions, and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and in an organized manner. From erecting tents to placing fences, flooring, and signage – you keep an overview and actively participate yourself. You pay attention to safety, check materials, and report any damage or shortages.

Requirements
- Proven experience in leading small teams (preferably in event production, construction, or logistics)
- Hands-on work attitude and leadership mentality
- Basic knowledge of tools and operational equipment
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Flexible availability (including long days/weekends)
- At least basic knowledge of English and Dutch
- Available during the periods of October 14–24 and January 4–7
Knowledge of event setup or infrastructure construction is a plus.
