Manpower is looking for a Warehouse Specialist for a company in Waalwijk

As the Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound shipments and Inventory Control
  • Monitoring and coordinating Suppliers' warehouse operations for Raw Material receiving, storage, Pick & Pack, and Finished Goods
  • Ensuring warehouse team compliance with Work Instructions and SOPs, conducting audits as needed
  • Maintaining consistency between system inventory data and physical materials
  • Supervising Suppliers' cycle counts and stocktaking, analyzing discrepancies and implementing action measures
  • Controlling warehousing costs and improving efficiency
  • Reviewing and updating SOPs regularly
  • Coordinating Suppliers' response to urgent requests
  • Coordinating Suppliers' involvement in improvement projects
  • Arranging raw materials transport between factories

Working hours

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in warehouse management; preferably in electronics manufacturing-related factories or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in WMS systems, Lean Warehouse operation, Continuous Improvement, and Project management is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese
  • Strong logical thinking and a strategic approach
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility with a positive attitude.
  • Proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented
