Employment agency Manpower is looking for an export specialist for Medtronic in the Maastricht area. 

Important to know: the work location is in Heerlen!


As an export specialist your responsibilities include processing and monitoring orders. You will also check the deliveries and shipments in the ERP systems. Furthermore, you are responsible for issue resolution and the communication towards the customer. In this position, you will have close working relationships with the local downstream distribution centers, customer care service centers and other teams to solve issues and investigations. During your workweek you are also responsible for the following activities: 

  • Processing and monitoring orders
  • Managing incoming calls, e-mails and special requests
  • Resolving issues and communicating this towards customers
  • Performing investigations due to issues and coordinating the issues with other teams

Working hours
In this full-time position, you will be working Monday through Friday between 8.00 and 21.00 hrs.



Requirements

  • At least two years of experience working as an export service agent, export management or in order management, OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of export or logistics
  • Experience with export and export documents
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Knowledge and experience with tools and systems like MOS, CAP and Lean Sigma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP and ERP systems
