Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating warehouse activities
• Organizing transports and pickup appointments
• Making dock and loading slot reservations with customers
• Maintaining contact with carriers and the warehouse
• Monitoring transport performance and deliveries
• Processing and checking order and transport data
• Handling customer inquiries regarding transport and deliveries
• Monitoring transport and customs procedures

Working hours

• Experience in a similar role within logistics or supply chain
• Good command of both Dutch and English
• Ability to set priorities and maintain an overview
• Experience working under deadlines and time pressure
• A solution-oriented and accurate working attitude
