As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing solutions to customers while balancing operational needs and company objectives. You will:
  • Execute order entry and manage the order fulfillment process for multiple businesses and priority customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and gathering market insights.
  • Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts, proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions.
  • Differentiate between customer requirements and the company's capabilities to provide the most effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain and other partners to meet business goals.
  • Support commercial strategies and maintain service levels based on business priorities.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage complex processes in a high-volume, international setting.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German or Italian is a plus
