Working hours
The working hours in this position are between 8.00 and 17.00 hours.

Manpower is looking for a workforce planner for a logistics company in Tilburg.
 
What will you be doing?
As capacity and resource planner you are the link between customer, the organization and the employment agencies. You determine the requested capacity versus available capacity, and the timely availability and deployment of employees. You are also responsible for the analyzing of short and midterm capacity planning and resource planning based on rolling forecasts from our customer. Based on this analysis you provide appropriate recommendations. In addition, you will also perform the following tasks:

  • Giving advice to Operations with regards to resource planning and actions to be taken
  • Monitoring resource planning in relation to the WAB (Wet Arbeidsmarkt in Balans)
  • Ensuring the coordination of resources between the departments, the agencies and the other sites
  • Managing all system parameters for the capacity and resource model
  • Coordinating the onboarding process and training activities for new hires
  • Analyzing processes and identifying process improvement enhancement

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration
  • At least two years of relatable work experience in an international organization, for example as a capacity planner or a resource planner
  • Familiarity with international standards like ISO 9001, Lean, Kaizen and 5S methodology
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence
  • Good command of the English language, because of the international working environment

Living in or near Tilburg, Den Bosch, Breda or Eindhoven is a bonus, but not mandatory!
