Our client is a company specialised in Plastic Foils. We are looking for a fulltime:

Customer service support specialist.

- Commercial and technical support for sales force team member and customer service representative in you region.
- Coordinates all customer related commercial activities for A accounts such as sample requests, technical information, complaints handling and product application reccommendations.
- Complaint management - commercially as well as technically
- Creates product construction sheet
- Pro actively manages the customer, seeks to understand the needs of the customer, proactively works to resolve issues in a timely manner and capitalizes on opportunities.
- Decides pricing according to the price policy and agreed structure by applying directives
- Responsible for updating customer data and other order related administrative tasks
- Analyses and reports on commercial information
- Give training to team members in technical and commercial matters.
