The Challenge
As Customer Service Assistant for DEP you deliver customer service by executing the order intake process and specific customer requests in such a way that customer requirements are met within the boundaries set by DEP. Moreover, you will process and follow up, in accordance with the OTC-principles and the guidelines of DEP, the whole process starting from an incoming order until the outgoing delivery. In addition, you are the linking pin between a customer and DEP EU (being Sales, Research, SCM and Financial department). You are the trouble-shooter for all customer/order related matters.

Jouw profiel
The Ideal You have a MBO+ /HBO level in commerce, combined with a good working knowledge of SAP, Excel and Word. In addition, you are a fluently speaking person in Turkish, English and preferably German. Being fluent in another European language (Italian, Spanish and or French) would be an asset.
In addition, you have good overall communication skills and you are sensitive to other cultures. You are a team player and open minded. You have a proactive attitude and a good oral communication. You are result and customer oriented. Good planning and organizing skills are also necessary.
3 years of experience in the Customer Service environment is required.
